We need parent volunteers to help make sure Band Camp runs smoothly.  We have morning and afternoon shifts.  We need 2 parents for each of the shifts.

Parents - If you can donate additional snacks please send them in with your student. Suggested snacks assorted chips, individually wrapped cookies, muffins, brownies, donuts. Sliced oranges and watermelon, frozen grapes in Ziploc bags, apples, bananas, Lunchables, Fruit Snacks.

To be successful and maintain the high quality of our program and productions, we need parent volunteers.  Volunteering is a fun and rewarding way to help, and we are asking each member's parent/guardian to volunteer a minimum of 5 hours during the school year.

Applicants must have the following required documents ready at hand to upload when completing the online process (incomplete applications will not be considered for approval):

  1. Regular Volunteers: CA DL/Gov’t issued ID, TB clearance, MPN, COVID Vaccination card.

  2. Driver/Transportation Volunteers: CA DL/Gov’t issued ID, TB clearance, MPN, COVID Vaccination card, Proof of insurance and completed Driver Form (must meet District-required minimum insurance coverage), Live Scan clearance

  3. Overnight Chaperones: CA DL/Gov’t issued ID, TB clearance, MPN, COVID Vaccination card, Live Scan clearance.

Live Scan clearance is determined and/or issued by the District Office. If the applicant has no previous record of Live Scan clearance within the last 2 years on file, a form will be issued by the District Office. Processing will take at least a week from the time the Live Scan was taken. Non-District Live Scan clearances are not accepted.
